After intensive preparatory work, an architectural design competition has been announced for a multifunctional complex with adjacent public spaces at Lvovo st. 38.
The site is in Vilnius, Lithuania, on the corner of Lvivo and Geguzes 3-osios streets – a place of very high development potential which will undoubtedly make a significant contribution to the changing identity of Lvovo Street. The subject of this invited competition is a high-rise tower with residential apartments, offices and commercial premises. This project intends to create an extremely high-quality, high-rise tower that is innovative, sustainable and harmoniously integrated into the urban context, creating a variety of quality services and attractive spaces for city dwellers. We believe that the expertise of the invited architects will help find exceptionally creative solutions.
The competition is organised in accordance with the Provisional Regulations for the Organisation of Architectural Competitions of the Council of the Lithuanian Chamber of Architects, approved in 2020. January 22 by decision no. The conditions of the T20-01 competition were successfully approved by the Lithuanian Chamber of Architects on August 26, 2021.
The deadline for submission of the tenders: October 10, 2022 at 5:00 P.M. Lithuanian time (EET)
Competition entries will be evaluated by a competent expert jury consisting of representatives of the client and well-known Lithuanian and foreign architects:
