About the project
The location has a very high potential to become a new icon of Vilnius, which will undoubtedly make a significant contribution to the development of the identity of Lvivo Street. One of the main goals of this project is to create an extremely high-quality high-rise tower of European standards that is innovative, sustainable and well integrated into its urban context. I believe that your professional approach and many years of international experience will help you find exceptionally creative solutions.
The Site of the invited competition is a high-rise residential, office and commercial tower at the intersection of Lvivo and Gegužės 3-iosios streets. The adjacent public space must be designed to not only meet the needs of the residents and office workers, but also to be accessible to all citizens and integrate harmoniously into the urban context.
A high-rise block of residential, office and commercial premises with a public space next to Lvivo street. The target area is about 20,900 square metres in total.
